When it comes to developing technology to keep the natural gas industry as clean and green as possible, Mueller Environmental is a company who brings the heat. But when it came to their brand, marketing and online presence, all their assets left the target audience cold.
We fired up our imaginations to create fresh new brand standards, videos, illustrations and photography to convey the benefits of their products in a clear, accessible way. We also launched a fully-responsive website and a marketing strategy to keep them on the front burner of their target audience’s minds.

Mueller's Problem
Mueller Environmental works in the natural gas industry, providing highly technical products and equipment to help with filtration, noise and emissions. Basically, they help keep natural gas production as clean, quiet and environmentally-friendly as possible. Despite their technical expertise, they didn’t have great digital assets, or visuals which could help convey the benefits of their equipment.
Their website had lots of information about their technical products. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a good way to filter that information, so visitors were stuck digging through pages and pages of documentation. The result was a website that converted poorly, despite their great reputation in the industry.
OOHology's Solution
We started out by cleaning up their brand standards, to give them a great foundation. Then we went to work creating some impressive visuals – video, still photography, and illustrations – to show clients what their equipment can do.
The project finished up with a fresh, clean, fully-responsive website and additional marketing. We put our information architecture skills to work, and created a responsive web layout that made their product information neat, tidy and easy to locate. We built a product recommendation tool so users could filter by system, and quickly get to just the information relevant to their needs.
The result is a clear path to conversion.
