OOHology, a digital marketing agency headquartered in Louisville, Ky., announced on Tuesday it will open a new office in Cincinnati.
The office will open next month and fulfill roles in creative production and business development, said Chief Executive Officer Sean Breslin.
“We believe Cincinnati is virtually an untapped market for an agency with our in-house arsenal,” Breslin said. “It has a large base of Fortune 1000 companies, which fit directly into our core strategy in 2014. This office enables us to put feet on the ground and go after the type of clients we want.”
Breslin said OOHology’s internal arsenal of talent covers all key digital areas of design, SEO, programming and marketing. This infrastructure enables the agency to tactically expand into other markets.
Alex Lockwood will head up the Cincinnati office as Managing Director and provide creative direction and design services. Lockwood believes OOHology fills a void in the current market.
“OOHology has a reputation for being down to earth, fun and charitable,” Lockwood said. “Our Cincinnati clients will see that materialize, and they will appreciate that we do things differently. OOHology is a breath of fresh air for this industry.”
Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director, Mark Palmer, believes that Lockwood is key to the success of the launch of the office, and is quick to note the Over the Rhine office space enables room for growth and several more key individuals.
“We’re doing this the only way we know how,” Palmer said. “We’re all in, and head first. We already have clients lined up and have been doing business in the tri-state area throughout 2013.”
OOHology’s creatives pride themselves on a disruptive process, and Lockwood believes clients will see that immediately.
“We’re real people,” Lockwood said. “Forget the buzzwords and the soft sell. Come see us in OTR and let’s grab a beer.”
