Their previous website was a problem in both user experience an information architecture. Clients and their employees struggled to quickly and easily find the content, information and forms they needed.
We helped the client determine all the possible desired visitor paths and conversions for the site. We created a new website design that supported user experience, with a logical information architecture that made finding the necessary content item much easier and clearer for the visitor. Additionally, we helped OMCA take a look at better ways to utilize internet marketing, so that not only are visitors more likely to convert once they arrive on the site, there will be more relevant visitors referred to begin exploring their content.
